This is a 2003 Mercury 25 hp outboard motor. It is a two-cycle design, so you mix oil with the fuel. It has a short shaft (for 15" transoms), and has electric start and push-button controls. It was in storage for some time, and it appears almost brand-new. It has a rebuilt carb/fuel pump, new plugs, new water pump impeller and gaskets, and brand-new lower system lube. New gas tank, great prop, controls, and owner's handbook consisted of. Good, even compression. Beginnings and runs well. Asking $1,800 (money just), which is about half the price of a brand-new one.
