Excellent working gearcase was on 250xs offshore. shifts well, never water in the case and lube changed every 20 hrs. Has extensive numbers / letters stamped into the matting surface near the water pump. Has split shaft so the removable shaft section that can be changed to use this case on a 20",25" and 30" engine heights.
