Mud motor frames for sale. I have professionally built these frames for other people. What you get is a Mud Motor frame capable of mounting a 5.5Hp-7hp motor. (these have the same bolt pattern). The frame is made from CNC Laser cut steel. These frames are made to swing into your boat for transportation to and from the marsh. These frames use Bearings with Seals. The Bearing housings are CNC machined with room for (2) seals to hold the grease w/an available grease zerk for application. My design uses NO Grease in the shaft tube like others. This means that very little grease is needed, only at the bearing housings. All you need to supply is a prop (7" x 4") Ron Hill Props off of Ebay for approx. 150 + shipping, and a motor (harbor freight - $ 180 or cheaper. You will recieve the frame with a Flat Olive Drab Green base coat, camo is painted by you. These motors with a 6.5 Hp motor will push a Four Rivers Layout approx. 10mph.
