This Sailboat was built in Spain and sailed across the Atlantic in 2015 and won several sailing tournaments. It was also completely renovated in 2015 (including a new mast and rudder). All six winches were replaced with new Lewmar Evo Self-Tailing Black Aluminum models in 2022 ($6,000). A new Raymarine Wind Vane (with cabling inside mast) was installed in 2023.This sailboat was really cared for by her pervious owner. We did a sea trial on 09/05/2023 and engine started right up and there were no issues during our cruise. Take a look at the engine and the engine mounts to see how clean they look. Batteries are n good shape and they are fairly new. This is an old sailboat so please understand that there would be wear and there that is normal for a 1980 model sailboat. Interior cushions, Stove and interior wood show signs of wear and tear that is perfectly normal for her age. We believe tha the boat is in really good shape for a 1980 Sailboat. Please do not bid if you are not serious about purchasing this boat. You can start sailing and living on this boat today. Does not need anything. Has more than half a tank of diesel in the tank. Burns very little. We have clear FL Title in hand. Boat was traded to us and owner moved up to a new vessel. You will get a decent amount of spare maintenance parts as well. (Please see photos).
