I purchased a small sailboat from a coworker after her spouse passed. I sold the boat but didn't have all the paperwork on the motor at the time. I do now. It looks to have extremely small amount time on it but sat in her garage for a few years before I bought it. The gas tank was dry however resembles it has old fuel in the lines at the carbohydrate. I have actually not had much time to tinker it and don't have a requirement for it. My guess would be a carbohydrate cleaning and you must be ready to go. Asking $500.
