Deck and interior are in amazing solid condition with very little crazing! Just needs deck paint.Includes:Kubota 26h diesel engine with approximately 814 hours and I believe it's a 26 HP. Oil has been changed, old fuel has been drained, and heat exchanger zincs replaced.Newer standing and running riggingNew house and engine batteriesStereo w/ CD playerVhf radioAlcohol stoveUpholstery in good conditionVinyl cockpit cushionsElectra San wastewater treatment system( needs servicing)Spinnaker pole and sailDanforth fluke anchor w/ chain and rodeSwim ladderWater heaterNew Battery ChargerCompass needs remountingI bought this boat from Boat Angel for an elderly friend to live aboard, but he decided that it was too much for him.Oil pan rusted through and my other friend and I had to pull engine and have it professionally welded and put back in. We ran out of time and didn't get to start it. Still needs 1 motor mount bolt to be put in(pulled with a C clamp) and remaining bolts to be tightened. Has some sort of electrical problem as it doesn't do anything when key is turned. All wiring is fairly easily accessible from stern starboard lazarette where batteries are located just behind electrical panel. Broken station was repaired too. This is really a pretty nice boat.I'm just trying to recoup some of my friends money. Boat sat for 4 years so engine was not run without oil, so probably why it was donated after all oil leaked out.I'll be very happy to answer any questions by email or phone upon request.Boat has to be moved after sale, but marina is pretty laid back, so you can probably work and live on it for a few days or so.It's at Scott's Cove Marina on D.eal Island.Title in hand.Thanks for looking!
