This vessel has been responsibly owned and maintained. This boat is equipped with everything you need to go out on Lake Lanier. Both 100-gallon fuel tanks are full. All gauges are functional for both engines and equipped with a upgraded 4 bank charging system which pumps charging power to 4 new heavy marine batteries. A full Blue Bimini canvas surrounds this cruisers fly bridge which is removable if you prefer.The spacious layout of the salon is fully functional with plenty of room. A full kitchen with double sink and double burner electric stove top, microwave, refrigerator/freezer. A new hot water heater was installed 2 years ago. Bathroom with shower. Huge master suite, with two more sleeping quarters, sleeps 4 comfortably but can sleep 6 if needed. The boat is complete with a vacuum flush pump system for which the holding tank has always remained pumped out and empty. Thoroughly winterized every year even though this vessel has a working bilge heater purchased new in 2020. This boat has always been housed under a covered dock at Holiday Marina and is easily accessible if you would like to see itThe fly bridge is carpeted with new burlwood gauge panels, circulating fan, iPad internet enabled navigation, 8 speaker LED backed Kenwood audio system, stainless steel cup holders and new vinyl seat coverings.
