Vessel has a clear title. There is no trailer. Storage paid until 10/31/23. Rolled both engines over by hand a couple months ago and sprayed additional fogging oil in cylinders.Items that were bought or done since last in water: Starboard engine full rebuild, zero hours. Port engine had a prior partial rebuild with new piston rings and crankshaft bearings and reconditioned heads and has less than 100 hours.Port and Starboard engine new fuel pumps, carburetors, flame arrestors, coils/ distributorsNew Air Conditioning unit, Port and starboard shaft packing glands (replaced plastic with bronze)New Fuel lines to engines with a dual spin-on filter set up, Fuel tank drained, Windshield glass rebeddedRub Rail caulked, Topsides paintedThings that need to be done include:Port Engine: Replace engine wiring to harness, including ignition (plug wire and boots are aboard), Fuel line from pump to carb, Attach throttle and shift cables, Replace fluids in engine and V-drive, Adjust timingStbd Engine: Install engine wiring to harness, including ignition, Fuel line from pump to carb, attach carb hoses, Attach water pump (pump in a box aboard with a new impeller), Attach exhaust manifold studs and manifolds (gaskets should be aboard), Attach exhaust hoses, Attach throttle and shift cables, Replace fluids in engine and V-drive (no coolant in block yet), Adjust timingNeeds: a battery tray/box installed, Batteries, Battery cables and components, Install new ducting for bilge blower, Reattach bilge blower, Not sure how necessary it is but I was going to remove fuel sender from tank and check for gunk and water. Fuel tank was drained about 8 years ago but couldn?t get out every ounce, Reattach 120-Volt battery charger, Check/replace trim tab wiring, Install a bilge pump in engine space.Interior: 120 Volt wiring system needs upgrading. Old household breaker panel was removed and discarded. Replace salon lights, Side windows need refurbishing with new gaskets/track sealant, Window tinting needs replacing or just removed and left without, Flooring and walls need upgrading, Jackknife sofa could use new upholstery, MarinAire 16,000 BTU air conditioning unit sitting under the V-berth needs installation of everything; plumbing/electrical/ducting. Small deck hatches need refurbishing or replacement, Head needs refurbishing, no toilet in there now, V-berth cushions need refurbishing, Gally needs refurbishing. AC/DC fridge should probably be replaced, 12-volt potable water pump should work but needs new plumbing installed.
